Know about the job before your competitors do.
Every week, Permeaux reads New Orleans' public building permits and City Planning filings, sorts them by trade, and sends you the ones that matter: address, declared job value, permit type and contractor of record. No scrolling through city portals.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
Public records. New Orleans data comes from the City of New Orleans open data portal (data.nola.gov): building permits and business licenses (published under a CC0 public-domain dedication) plus City Planning zoning cases (public records). We clean it, categorize it by trade and summarize it.
What areas do you cover?
New Orleans (Orleans Parish) today. Baton Rouge / East Baton Rouge Parish is coming soon as a +$50/mo add-on; we'll announce it when it's ready.
When does the report arrive?
Every Monday by email, as a PDF summary plus a CSV of every lead. Daily alerts for Pro and Team are coming soon.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract. Just email us. (If you're on a founding rate, cancelling ends that rate.)
Is a permit a guaranteed job?
No. A permit or zoning filing is a signal that work is planned, not proof the job is open or unawarded. Values are as declared by applicants.
